ETHOS Terms and conditions

Direct Debit (DD)

  • Payment will be taken by DD on the 1st day of the month following sign up to a Package and on the 1st day of each following month unless cancelled by the client (see Cancellation below)

 

ETHOS Virtual Packages

  • Minimum 3 complete month's Initial Commitment; (e.g. sign up on 15th of the month, commitment commences from the 1st day of the next month for 3 calendar months)

  • Any sessions taken either before commencement of the 3 month Initial Commitment or as a top up for an ongoing programme will be billed as follows:

    • Ethos: £50 per session

    • Pathos: £45 per session

    • Logos: £40 per session

 

Starter Packs - validity period

  • Starter Packs have a limited validity period from the first session taken as follows

  • 4 Session: 8 weeks from first session

  • 8 Session: 12 weeks from first session 

  • 12 Session: 16 weeks from first session 

 

Flexibility

  • Subject to availability, unused sessions can be carried over to following weeks unless DD has been cancelled in which case any unused sessions will be lost at the end of the Cancellation Period.

  • DD can be suspended once for a maximum of 1 month, for example in the case of extended holidays.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation Period: minimum of 30 day's notice for cancellation of package outside the Initial Commitment

  • The DD following cancellation will be charged pro-rata monthly package cost (eg cancel 15th day of month, next month charged at 50% monthly package cost)

  • During the Initial Commitment period, earliest cancellation point is 1st day of month 2

  • Early cancellation will incur billing of remaining Initial Commitment up to end of month 2 according to package and point of cancellation
